Breakfast Straciatella Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 500ml plant-based cream

  • 400ml evaporated milk

  • 300ml sweetened condensed milk

  • 200g grated chocolate

  • 2 packs Violanta Breakfast biscuits

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whip the plant-based cream with a hand mixer until it becomes fluffy. Add the evaporated milk and the sweetened condensed milk, and mix with a spatula until well combined. Add the grated chocolate and stir until fully incorporated.

  2. In a dish, arrange a layer of biscuits, cover with the cream mixture, and finish with another layer of biscuits on top.

  3. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
