
Ingredients:

1 1/2 packs of Oat Cookies with Dark Chocolate

80g melted butter

350ml heavy cream
-
100g sugar
-
250g mascarpone
-
350g frozen berries
-
80g sugar
-
1 tbsp corn flour
-
1/2 tbsp water
-
1/2 pack of Oat Cookies with Dark Chocolate (for topping)
Instructions:

In a food processor, crush the cookies, add the melted butter, and mix until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish to form the base.

In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until fluffy. Add the sugar and mascarpone, and mix until smooth. Spread the cream mixture over the cookie base.

In a saucepan, add the frozen berries and sugar over medium heat. Mix the corn flour with the water and add to the saucepan. Cook until everything comes to a boil and thickens.

Let the berry compote cool, then pour it over the cream layer. Sprinkle with crushed cookies.

Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours and enjoy!
