150 gr chocolate couverture
80 gr whipping cream
160 gr butter
50 gr powdered sugar
20 gr cocoa
2 tsp. cognac soup
100 gr biscuits with 45% peanut butter cream

In a saucepan, put cream and add the chocolate until it melts. In a container, we put the butter, the powdered sugar, the cocoa and beat until it smothers. Pour the melted chocolate into a pan to cool down faster. Cook the biscuits, put them in a blender, add cognac and knock for a few seconds. In bowl, mix butter with biscuits and incorporate melted chocolate. Empty the mixture in labels, wrap in a roll and leave in a refrigerator until it shrinks.
