Cereal Donuts
Ingredients:
- 400g yogurt
- 200g praline
- 100g Proteino cereal with dark chocolate by Violanta
- 250g dark chocolate
- 2 handfuls of protein cereal with dark chocolate
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the praline until smooth and well combined.
- Blend the cereal in a food processor, add it to the mixture, and mix again.
- Transfer the mixture into silicone molds and freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Melt the dark chocolate and mix in a handful of lightly crushed cereal.
- Dip the frozen donuts into the melted chocolate, then place them back in the freezer. Once frozen, they are ready to enjoy!
