Cookies tart with lemon cream
Ingredients
For the tart:
250gr biscuits OIL VIOLETS with black chocolate
100g of butter
For the stuffing
1 glass of lemon juice
250g of butter
1c.c. corn flour
150g of sugar
3 eggs
Directions:
Heat a lemon juice in a saucepan. In a bowl, pour the eggs, sugar and corn flour and beat them in the hand. Then add the warm lemon slowly to the eggs and beat well. Then add the mixture to the pot and stir until the mixture cools. Once it has thickened, we remove it from the fire and add the pieces of butter.
Then rub the biscuits in the moulti and pour them in a bowl along with the melted butter. Place the cookies in a tart pan and then pour the cream and place the sweet in the fridge.
