Choco Biscuit Tiramisu

Ingredients:

  • Cream from 6 cocoa-flavored Petit Beurre sandwich biscuits

  • 200g cream cheese

  • 1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 80ml milk

  • 160ml lukewarm coffee

  • Crushed Petit Beurre biscuits

Instructions:

  1. Seperate the cream from the sandwich biscuits and place it in a bowl. Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar, and mix until smooth. Add the milk and mix again.

  2. Dip the biscuits in the coffee and cover the bottom of a baking dish. Spread a layer of the cream mixture on top. Repeat the process until the dish is full.

  3. Finally, sprinkle crushed biscuits on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Ready to serve!
