
Ingredients:

Cream from 6 cocoa-flavored Petit Beurre sandwich biscuits

200g cream cheese

1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar

80ml milk
-
160ml lukewarm coffee
-
Crushed Petit Beurre biscuits
Instructions:

Seperate the cream from the sandwich biscuits and place it in a bowl. Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar, and mix until smooth. Add the milk and mix again.

Dip the biscuits in the coffee and cover the bottom of a baking dish. Spread a layer of the cream mixture on top. Repeat the process until the dish is full.

Finally, sprinkle crushed biscuits on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Ready to serve!
