Breakfast Cookie Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ packages Breakfast cookies by Violanta with dark chocolate & banana
- 120g melted butter
- 400ml heavy cream (35%)
- 400g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp chocolate praline
- Extra praline for garnish
Instructions:
- Crush 1½ packages of Breakfast cookies in a blender, mix with the melted butter, and spread evenly in a pan to form the base.
- In a bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the heavy cream until thickened. Add the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and chocolate praline, and mix until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the cream mixture over the base, cover with praline, decorate with cookies, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Unmold, slice, and enjoy!
