
Ingredients:

250g mascarpone cheese

400ml sweetened condensed milk
-
350ml plant-based cream
-
90ml strawberry syrup
-
1 package of Dubai Summer biscuits
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the mascarpone and sweetened condensed milk with a hand mixer until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the plant-based cream using a hand mixer. Then add the mascarpone mixture and stir to combine. Pour in the strawberry syrup and mix again until smooth and homogeneous.

In a special bowl or mold, layer the cream mixture, strawberry syrup, and crushed biscuits. Repeat the layering two more times and decorate the top with broken biscuits.

Place in the freezer for at least a few hours and enjoy!
