
Ingredients:

400ml heavy cream

200g cream cheese
-
250g mascarpone cheese

60g powdered sugar
-
3 packs of Petit Beurre biscuits (dipped in milk)

Strawberry syrup
-
75ml heavy cream
-
125g white chocolate
Instructions:

In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until it becomes fluffy.

Using a spatula, mix the cream cheese, mascarpone, and powdered sugar until smooth and combined. Add this mixture to the whipped cream and mix everything together.

Dip the biscuits in milk and layer them in a tray. Spread a layer of the cream mixture on top, followed by some strawberry syrup. Repeat this process two more times.

Melt the white chocolate together with the heavy cream in the microwave and pour it over the dessert.

Add some more strawberry syrup to finish it off and place it in the fridge for a while to set. Done!
