
Strawberry Chocolate Pyramid
Ingredients:
- 650g milk chocolate
- 400ml heavy cream
- 3 packages Petit Beurre cookies by Violanta
- Strawberries
Instructions:
- Melt the chocolate with the warm heavy cream, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- On a stable surface, arrange the cookies in a row and cover them with the chocolate mixture.
- Repeat the process for 2-3 layers.
- Place the strawberries in the center.
- Shape the layers into a pyramid, pour the remaining chocolate and cream mixture over it, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Slice into pieces and enjoy!
