Ingredients:
- 1 ½ packages Digestive 0% cookies by Violanta
- 100g melted butter
- 250g heavy cream (35%)
- 300g cream cheese
- 250g chocolate praline
- 200g heavy cream (35%)
- 2tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Crush the cookies in a blender, mix them with the melted butter until well combined, and spread the mixture in a pan as the base.
- In a bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the heavy cream until fluffy, then add the cream cheese and chocolate praline. Mix until smooth, then spread the mixture over the base. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- In another bowl, mix the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and use it to decorate the dessert. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
