Cheesecake Dubai

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages Bianca cookies Violanta
  • 100g melted butter
  • 200g kataifi pastry
  • 100g butter
  • 250g pistachio praline
  • 500ml heavy cream (35%)
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 100g chocolate praline
  • 125g couverture chocolate
  • 50ml milk
  • Crushed pistachios for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1.Crush the cookies in a blender and mix them with the melted butter until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish (1st layer).
2. Cut the kataifi pastry into small pieces. Melt the butter in a pan, add the pastry, and cook until golden brown.
3. In a bowl, mix the kataifi with the pistachio praline and spread it over the cookie base (2nd layer).
4. In another bowl, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and melted couverture chocolate. Mix well and spread over the kataifi layer (3rd layer).
5. Melt the remaining couverture chocolate with the milk and spread the mixture over the dessert.
6. Decorate the dessert as desired, refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then unmold. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
