
Ingredients:

2 packs of Violanta Petit Beurre biscuits

150g melted butter

200ml heavy cream
-
50g powdered sugar
-
450g cream cheese
-
300g strawberry jam
Instructions:

Crush the biscuits in a blender and mix them with the melted butter until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.

In a bowl, whip the cream with the powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the cream cheese and mix again until smooth.

Spread half of the cream mixture over the biscuit base, then add the strawberry jam. Cover with the remaining cream and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Remove from the fridge, flip the dessert upside down, break it apart and enjoy!
