Spring Vibes
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Breakfast biscuits with dark chocolate & banana
Cream:
- 200g cream cheese
- 50g powdered sugar
- 500ml heavy cream
- 90g chocolate praline
- Strawberries for decoration
- Chocolate syrup
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add the cream cheese and powdered sugar, then beat well with a mixer. Add the heavy cream and mix until smooth and fluffy.
- Fill the biscuits with the cream and gradually assemble the log on a piece of plastic wrap.
- Place strawberries in the gaps and cover the entire log with the cream.
- Pour the warm chocolate praline over the dessert, decorate with the remaining strawberries, and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Done!
