Ingredients:
- 2 packs of Breakfast cereal biscuits (Violanta)
- 500ml heavy cream
- 50g powdered sugar
- 200g cream cheese
- 3 medium bananas
- 200g caramelized sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
- In a bowl, beat the heavy cream with a mixer until it becomes fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and cream cheese, and mix again.
- Lay the biscuits on a piece of plastic wrap in 3 rows and cover with the cream mixture.
- Place the whole bananas on top, add another layer of biscuits, followed by more cream, and use the plastic wrap to shape the roll.
- Cover the outside of the roll with the remaining cream and caramelized condensed milk, then decorate.
- Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours and cut into pieces. Ready to serve!
