No-Bake Petit Beurre Cake
Ingredients:
- 1½ packs of Petit Beurre Violanta biscuits
- 700ml milk
- 70g chocolate-flavored cornstarch
- 70g sugar
- 700ml milk
- 70g vanilla-flavored cornstarch
- 70g sugar
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g heavy cream
- Bianca biscuits (for decoration)
Instructions:
- Arrange the whole Petit Beurre biscuits in a baking dish, including along the edges.
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and chocolate cornstarch powder, and stir well until it thickens. Place in the fridge until it sets. Repeat the same process for the vanilla cream.
- Next, melt the dark chocolate with the heavy cream and spread it over the dessert.
- Decorate with biscuits, place the dessert in the fridge until it sets, and enjoy!
