
Ingredients:

350g heavy cream (35% fat)

50g powdered sugar
-
200g cream cheese
-
Strawberry jam
-
1 package of Bianca (white chocolate-coated wafers or similar)

Melted white chocolate
-
Ice cream cones
Instructions:

Coat the ice cream cones with melted white chocolate and let them set.

In a bowl, mix the heavy cream and powdered sugar until combined. Add the cream cheese and continue mixing until the cream becomes fluffy.

Crush half the package of Bianca biscuits in a blender. Fill each cone halfway with the cream mixture using a piping bag. Add a little strawberry jam and some crushed biscuits. Cover with more cream.
Repeat the process one more time and dip the top of the cone into the melted white chocolate. -
Decorate with pieces of Bianca, then refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 3 hours — and enjoy!
