Bianca Caramel Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 packages Bianca cookies by Violanta
- 125g melted butter
- 350g caramelized sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 350ml heavy cream
- 300g dark chocolate
- 80g white chocolate
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions:
- Crush the cookies in a blender and mix them with the melted butter until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking pan as the base.
- In a small saucepan, heat the caramelized sweetened condensed milk with the salt over medium heat, then pour it over the cookie base.
- Heat the heavy cream with the dark chocolate in a double boiler and pour the mixture into the pan.
- Melt the white chocolate with 2 tablespoons of heavy cream and use it to decorate the dessert.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, cut into pieces, and serve. Enjoy!
