Breakfast Cookie Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ packages Breakfast cookies by Violanta with dark chocolate & banana
  • 120g melted butter
  • 400ml heavy cream (35%)
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp chocolate praline
  • Extra praline for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Crush 1½ packages of Breakfast cookies in a blender, mix with the melted butter, and spread evenly in a pan to form the base.
  2. In a bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the heavy cream until thickened. Add the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and chocolate praline, and mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread the cream mixture over the base, cover with praline, decorate with cookies, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Unmold, slice, and enjoy!
