Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ packages Digestive 0% cookies by Violanta
  • 100g melted butter
  • 250g heavy cream (35%)
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 250g chocolate praline
  • 200g heavy cream (35%)
  • 2tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Crush the cookies in a blender, mix them with the melted butter until well combined, and spread the mixture in a pan as the base.
  2. In a bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the heavy cream until fluffy, then add the cream cheese and chocolate praline. Mix until smooth, then spread the mixture over the base. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. In another bowl, mix the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and use it to decorate the dessert. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
