Tiramisu cream with mocha biscuits
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
Mascarpone - 750 gr.
Cream 35% fat - 250 ml
Sugar powder - 150 gr.
Espresso (50 ml) - 1
Cookies with Mocha cream VIOLANTA - 2 packs
Cocoa - 50 gr.

Implementation
Tap in the mixer mascarpone with powdered sugar for 2-3 minutes, gradually add the coffee after the cream, and continue blowing for a few minutes at low speed until the mixture softens. Break the cookies and add them to the cream. Divide the mixture into glasses, and sprinkle the cocoa surface just before serving.
If left in the refrigerator, cover with a food film so that it does not dry out and the cream is dried.
