Bianca Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 350g heavy cream (35% fat)

  • 50g powdered sugar

  • 200g cream cheese

  • Strawberry jam

  • 1 package of Bianca (white chocolate-coated wafers or similar)

  • Melted white chocolate

  • Ice cream cones

Instructions:

  1. Coat the ice cream cones with melted white chocolate and let them set.

  2. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream and powdered sugar until combined. Add the cream cheese and continue mixing until the cream becomes fluffy.

  3. Crush half the package of Bianca biscuits in a blender. Fill each cone halfway with the cream mixture using a piping bag. Add a little strawberry jam and some crushed biscuits. Cover with more cream.
    Repeat the process one more time and dip the top of the cone into the melted white chocolate.

  4. Decorate with pieces of Bianca, then refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 3 hours — and enjoy!
