
Ingredients:

300g melted butter

160g cocoa powder

200g powdered sugar
-
300ml warm milk
-
2 packs of Breakfast biscuits with dark chocolate & banana
For the custard:

700ml milk
-
200g sugar
-
60g butter
-
1 egg (beaten)
-
100g corn flour (dissolved in 300ml milk)
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the glaze:
-
150g dark chocolate
-
100ml milk
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, cocoa, powdered sugar, and warm milk until smooth. Break the biscuits into small pieces with your hands and add them to the mixture. Stir well and pour the mixture into a small baking dish to form the base.

In a saucepan, add the milk, sugar, butter, egg, corn flour mixture, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the custard thickens. Pour it over the biscuit base.

Melt the chocolate with the milk and pour it over the custard as a glaze.

Refrigerate until set, and it's ready to serve!
