
Ingredients:
Crepe dough:

260g flour

4 eggs
-
30g sugar
-
50g cocoa powder
-
600ml milk
For the cream filling:
-
500ml plant-based whipping cream
-
50g powdered sugar
-
750g mascarpone cheese
-
1 package of cocoa cream-filled Petit Beurre biscuits
For the glaze:
-
150g dark chocolate
-
150ml heavy cream
Instructions:
-
In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Lightly grease a pan with some butter and cook 12 crepes.

In another bowl, whip the plant-based cream with the powdered sugar using a mixer. Then add the mascarpone and beat until light and fluffy. Crush the cocoa cream-filled biscuits in a blender, add them to the cream mixture, and mix again.

Place one crepe at the base of your serving dish and spread a layer of cream over it. Add another crepe on top and repeat the process until all the crepes are used.

Spread the remaining cream over the entire crepe cake.

Melt the chocolate with the heavy cream and pour it over the cake as a glaze. Decorate as desired and enjoy!
