
Ingredients:

2 packs of Bianca Violanta biscuits

1 lt. of milk

100g sugar
-
200g flour
-
1 tbsp butter
-
200ml heavy cream
-
2 tbsp powdered sugar
-
250g mascarpone
-
Chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions:

Crush the biscuits in a blender and spread them evenly in a baking dish.

In a saucepan over medium heat, stir the milk, sugar, and flour continuously until the mixture thickens.

Add the butter to the cream and stir until melted.

Pour the cream over the crushed biscuits and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until thick. Add the mascarpone and mix again.

Remove the dish from the fridge and cut into square pieces. Spread the cream on half of each square and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Fold each piece in half and enjoy your tray crêpes!
