Oat Cereal Bar

Ingredients:
For the base:

  • 180g Oats without added sugar, Biolanta
  • 100g crushed hazelnuts
  • 250g milk chocolate
  • 6 tbsp hazelnut praline

For the topping:

  • 250g melted dark chocolate
  • 200g hazelnut praline


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, break the oats and add the hazelnuts, milk chocolate, and hazelnut praline. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. In a baking dish, line with parchment paper and evenly spread the mixture to form the base.
  3. In a bowl, mix the dark chocolate with the hazelnut praline and pour it over the base.
  4. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until the mixture is fully set, then cut into pieces and enjoy!
