Bisco-Roll

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of oat biscuits with honey

  • 400g chocolate praline spread

  • 300ml plant-based cream

  • 150g cream cheese

  • 1 banana

Instructions:

  1. Crush the biscuits in a blender, spread them evenly on a sheet of parchment paper, and cover with the chocolate praline.

  2. In a bowl, mix the plant-based cream with the cream cheese. Beat with a mixer until fluffy, then spread the cream over the chocolate layer.

  3. Cut into 4 equal parts, place the banana lengthwise, and roll up. Done!
