Bianca log with 3 Materials
Ingredients:
- 450g Bianca Biscuits Biolanta
- 250g dark chocolate
- 160ml milk
Instructions:
- Melt the dark chocolate with the milk over low heat or in a double boiler until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Crush the biscuits in a mixer until they turn into powder, then add them to the melted chocolate mixture.
- Crush additional biscuits into larger pieces and add them to the mixture, stirring well.
- Spread the mixture onto a piece of aluminum foil, shaping it into a log.
- Place it in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
