Ingredients:
- 1½ packs of Petit Beurre Violanta biscuits
- 250g sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 150g cornstarch
- 1½ liters milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 vanilla packets
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 200g melted butter
- 250g dark chocolate
- 140ml milk
Instructions:
- In a medium pot, mix the sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch, and milk over medium heat until it thickens. Add the butter and vanilla and stir until smooth.
- In a blender, crush the biscuits with the cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Add the melted butter until the mixture becomes firm.
- Spread the biscuit mixture evenly as the base and top with the white cream mixture.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the milk and spread it over the dessert.
- Place the dessert in the fridge for at least 4 hours, unmold, and enjoy!
